YAKIMA, WA – April , 2026 -Kwik Lok Corporation today announced that it has acquired the remaining shares of Kwik Lok Australia (KLA), making the business a wholly owned subsidiary of Kwik Lok Corporation, headquartered in Yakima, Washington.
