How We Hire
Step 1
Application
Apply through Breezy and fill out the questionnaire to help us get to know you better. Candidates are typically reviewed within two weeks of applying.
Step 2
Prescreen
HR will reach out to you to conduct a prescreening interview to learn more about you, and to give you a chance to personally learn more about Kwik Lok.
Step 3
Panel Interview
Our panel of at least three interviewers brings diverse perspectives and helps reduce bias. All candidates are asked the same questions to ensure a fair process.
Step 4
Offer & Onboarding
We’ll make you an offer and begin our pre-employment screenings. After that, we’ll move on to onboarding and your first day!
