The 1002D "Model B" is designed for use in the field for packaging lettuce and cauliflower. It features a stainless steel lok track designed to withstand the various conditions associated with a "field environment".
The 1002D "Model B's" simple and unique design has eliminated motors, gears and other maintenance demanding parts. The result is a machine capable of years of trouble-free operation. The 1002D "Model B" uses Kwik Lok's® popular all-plastic Series "R" (Medium Duty) and Series "S" (Heavy Duty) Striplok Bag Closures. The Series "R" is available in seven plastic colors. Series "S" is available in White, Red, and Blue plastic only. Both are available in various lok opening sizes to accommodate a wide range of film and net bag packages. The machine is so simple to operate, even inexperienced operators can quickly learn to close up to 30 bags per minute! TYPICAL APPLICATIONS |
