The label size is 2.75” x 2.75” (70mm x 70mm) and can be glued to a semiautomatic or automatic closure. The label can be printed in any number of colors on either side of the label. Two standard label materials are available; C1S Tagboard (coated one side) and a synthetic material. C2S Tagboard (coated two sides) is available from the Yakima plant or on special order from other plants.

The attached closure can be medium duty (0.030”/.76mm thick) or heavy duty (0.045”/1.8mm thick). Seven plastic colors are available (medium duty), three colors (heavy duty), along with openings for film or net bags.

RIGHT AND LEFT HAND CONFIGURATION: Labels that are to be run through an automatic bag closing machine are available as Right Hand and/or Left Hand. This MUST correspond to the machine(s) to be used to apply the closure-labels to the bagged package. A RIGHT HAND machine can use only RIGHT HAND labels, and a LEFT HAND machine can use only LEFT HAND labels. If in doubt, please send the serial number(s) to the factory when ordering automatically applied labels.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:

Series U is packaged on rolls containing 1,000 labels (medium duty and heavy duty). Medium Duty 10 rolls per carton (10M); Heavy Duty 9 rolls per carton (9M). Series U separated is packaged loose in cartons of 10M.

Series T and Series TF are packaged on rolls containing 1,500 labels per roll (medium duty); 8 rolls per carton (12M); 1,250 labels per roll (heavy duty); 8 rolls per carton (10M)

Series TFM is packaged on rolls containing 1,500 labels (medium duty); 7 rolls per carton (10.5M); 1,250 labels per roll (heavy duty); 7 rolls per carton (8.75M)

Series TZ and Series TFZ are packaged on rolls containing 1,000 labels with 7 rolls per carton (7M).

PRINTING INFORMATION:

Labels are custom printed on offset lithographic presses. Label material can be paper (C1S Tagboard) or synthetic (plastic) material. Both stocks are carried in white only and are 10 Pt thick (0.010"/2.5mm)

Supplied artwork must be digital, the following applications are supported: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Freehand and Quark X Press. Files should be sent with all fonts outlined (paths). Linked files must be either eps, tiff or native photoshop files (psd).

Labels can be printed in 4-color process (either side). Spot Colors should reference PMS colors (Pantone Matching System).
