Kwik Lok’s basic hand applied bag closures.

Series A is a medium duty closure for packages up to 3 Lbs content weight. The closure is available in seven plastic colors.

Series B is identical to Series A except the closure is pre-printed at a Kwik Lok Factory with your text copy. Printed copy MUST be limited to text. Series B is NOT suitable for graphics, logos, etc. See Series JWI-PS.

Series F is a heavy duty closure for packages up to 5 Lbs content weight. The closure is available in three plastic colors.

Series G is identical to Series F except the closure is pre-printed at a Kwik Lok Factory with your text copy.

Series AM has lok openings at each end of the closure. This feature allows use over a wider range of package sizes using the same closure. Three lok opening combinations are available. The closures are available in seven plastic colors.

Series A and Series F can be ordered with a hanger hole at one end to facilitate hanging packages on retail display rods. The closures are available with any of the above lok openings.

PRINTING INFORMATION

Series B and Series G are pre-printed on one-side in a Kwik Lok Factory with your text copy. Copy can be printed in either black or red ink (2-Color printing is not available).

You may print closures with different copy, ink colors must remain the same in order to group together for price breaks.

Closures with different lok opening sizes can be grouped for price breaks or plastic colors, as long as ink color remains the same.

Tooling changes, plastic color changes and plate changes will be subject to additional charges per order.

Closures are printed using rubber plates and a quick drying ink. It is recommended that printed matter be limited to text copy using a medium to light weight type face.

PACKAGING INFORMATION

FILM BAG: Closures are packaged with metal straps through the opening. Series A, Series AM, and Series B are packaged 500 per strap. Series F and Series G are packaged 350 per strap.

Two carton sizes are available; one containing 10 straps, the other containing 100 straps.

NET BAG: Closures are packaged loose in bags containing 1,750 closures per bag, 6 bags per carton (10.5M). Also available is a 10 bag carton (17.5M)
